Nice little hotel in Aswan.

Super friendly, helpful staff! Very good location. Staff prepared breakfast bags for us when we had to leave for a tour at 4am, and kept our bags safe for us. Very cheap food and drinks.

Room was very small. Bathroom was so small, my boyfriend could barely fit through door and inside it. Balcony faced wrong side of building so not a great view.

The bathroom is very tiny , no room to turn around. The soundproof is very poorly, you can hear people talking on the streets.

The hotel is in a very nice location close to the cruise ship dock and the bazaar of the city. The room was big and the staff friendly and helpful.

From outside the hotel look vey nice but the rooms are not. The furniture are really very old and the bathroom was awful. The WiFi not so good, difficult to connect and disconnected all the time. The breakfast is very basic and limited and totally not for a European traveller. The hotel is close to the bazaar of the city and there is a lot of noise. It's good enough if you want to stay there only for a few hours like me.

The staff were very friendly, also packed us a breakfast box for our early morning tour.

The wifi wasn't working for the most part, and there was no water when we checked in to the hotel and were told we will get water supply after some hours. Caused a mild inconvenience. There was also a power cut during the night which made it even more uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small, made it very difficult to use. Overall the room was also pretty small, and made it difficult to move around. Could have been better, since the reception painted a very different picture.

Central location just in front of the open air market. It is a decent choice for Aswan. Breakfast was nice with amazing view of Nile.

Very poor breakfast.

Very poor breakfast. No variety, just a set menu. Even the breakfast place was not appealing to eat in.

, the room was very small for two persons with a small window that is visually accessible from the main corridor of the floor! we couldnt open it at all. The toilet was extremely small and it had very dated appliances. The TV was not working too. Nothing looked like the pictures except for the reception area.

One night a wedding party just outside our room.

One night a wedding party just outside our room. Staff help to change our room immediately. He is really nice. WIFI is the best in Egypt.

We lived in the ground floor. The pressure of wafer seems not enough. Bathroom is small.

Honestly, one of the best experiences in Egypt. The crew was friendly and warm from the very beginning (Mariam, you are outstanding and proactive. You are one of a kind! You've made my life so easy!) The front desk lady (Shimaa) was also really helpful and suggested a good restaurant nearby. A special thanks for the manager, Ahmed, for his cordiality.

very comfortable!

The hotel is central located and close to what you need (ferry, souq, atm, musea, train station, ...). I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are not brand new but all the comfort is present. The bed is comfortable! The staff is professionally and friendly. They provide breakfast boxes for those going on tour or leaving early for airport. A special thank you to the friendly cleaning lady that does her job very professionally.

Great Value for money with minor drawbacks

In great location,comfortable, and nice staff

1st,The breakfast is so poor. 2nd, there is no boiler in the room to have a tea or coffee.3rd, The Ac in my room is too old I cannot adjust the temperature when I felt cold I had to close it.

Friendly and helpful staff, ready to help you when you need something, great location of the hotel and from the breakfast area you can enjoy the view in the Nile river

Maybe breakfast could be a little better for the price you pay, as the one in the hotel and the breakfast box they give you on your way to visit Abu Simbel.

Mohammed Adel and Shiamaa Mohammed on the front desk were incredibly helpful and graciousness personified. The location is 2 minutes from the Nile.

The place is really nice and clean and the staff was friendly

The triple rooms have no nile view, only the double ones.. we stayed at a triple room but we knew this before we go The breakfast was included but I didn’t like it that much, it was good but could be better
