Pleasant

The staff were very friendly, also packed us a breakfast box for our early morning tour.

The wifi wasn't working for the most part, and there was no water when we checked in to the hotel and were told we will get water supply after some hours. Caused a mild inconvenience. There was also a power cut during the night which made it even more uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small, made it very difficult to use. Overall the room was also pretty small, and made it difficult to move around. Could have been better, since the reception painted a very different picture.

Central location just in front of the open air market. It is a decent choice for Aswan. Breakfast was nice with amazing view of Nile.

Good hotel for a very short stay in Aswan

Great location by the peer and city centre. Staff very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is also undergoing some renovations. Our room was clean.

Also the location, its surroundings. The room was rather noisy (plan for earplugs). The breakfast was just ok (but they were a accommodating on the portions / content)

The hotel is in a very nice location close to the cruise ship dock and the bazaar of the city. The room was big and the staff friendly and helpful.

From outside the hotel look vey nice but the rooms are not. The furniture are really very old and the bathroom was awful. The WiFi not so good, difficult to connect and disconnected all the time. The breakfast is very basic and limited and totally not for a European traveller. The hotel is close to the bazaar of the city and there is a lot of noise. It's good enough if you want to stay there only for a few hours like me.

The staff is nice and helpful but we faced problems with hot water, there was none on the day of our departure and we had to take cold showers. The room was quite small and dusty, the carpet hasn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Breakfast boxes for the trips were good.

Very Good

Staff was kind and supportive, and the room was pretty clean. Affordable price and well located hotel.

Windows are not well soundproof equipped, which is pretty noisy at night, especially in Ramadan, we couldn't have proper rest until very late at night.

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, and overall, it was an ok experience. The breakfast was very simple. The location was convenient, and the hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. For a brief stay, it suited our needs well. The location was good as you could take a walk along the Nile. Lots of stores around the hotel.

The bathroom was really small—so small, in fact, that if you were using the toilet, you could easily hit your head on the sink (the one for washing your hands). Additionally, we had requested a room with one full bed, but instead, we were given two single beds, which was disappointing as it didn’t meet our expectations. The breakfast was very simple, with no buffet. Instead, when you sat down in the dining area, it was brought to you. The street was very busy and filled with dogs. The noise from traffic and the barking dogs made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. For a brief stay, it suited our needs, but these issues could be improved. Overall, we felt it wasn't worth the money they asked.

The staff were very friendly and helpful,

it was well situated, albeit having the main entrance on a back road. Very close to a large local market, which provided abundant entertainment viewing all the merchandise

the street that the entrance was on was a pretty narrow and, once again, dirty street. Google maps have a number of photographs associated with the Hapi Hotel in Aswan, which are not of the Hapi Hotel. How do we tell Google maps to have all of those pictures removed.

Tolerable for one night (Pickup point for Nile Cruise)

Near the souk and had restaurants within walking distance.

Bathroom was dated and not very clean. Breakfast was abysmal and not very nice. Wouldn't stay there again.

Nice little hotel in Aswan.

Super friendly, helpful staff! Very good location. Staff prepared breakfast bags for us when we had to leave for a tour at 4am, and kept our bags safe for us. Very cheap food and drinks.

Room was very small. Bathroom was so small, my boyfriend could barely fit through door and inside it. Balcony faced wrong side of building so not a great view.

Great location and friendly staff

Amazing staff, they were very helpful and friendly. We needed to have a meeting time and they let us use the restaurant, not only that they gave us complementary drinks and water, simply 10/10 to the whole staff. The location is near everything.

Fair price for a decent location

Fair price for a decent location. Nice to head to the market in the evenings, it's just steps from the door.

Our room was about 75m from the loudspeaker on the mosque next door. It was extremely loud. Breakfast was lousy
